What the free plan includes

• 2 mailboxes, one of them an agent mailbox — a mailbox operated by a program, not a person.
• 1 custom domain. The address can be yours rather than ours, even on the free plan.
• Webmail, IMAP, SMTP and POP3. No feature is locked behind a tier.
• SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up for you, so your mail does not land in spam.
• Two-factor authentication and migration of an old mailbox from Gmail, Outlook or any IMAP server.
• 200 recipients a month for outgoing mail.

Paid plans add capacity and speed, not features. What you try for free works the same way when you pay — just at a larger size.

Where the catch is

Said upfront, so you do not find out in a month.

• Quotas are a circuit breaker, not a trap. They exist so that a looping agent cannot send ten thousand messages overnight. When you hit one, you get an error that says so — mail is never silently dropped.
• The larger free plan is granted after verification. Free with higher limits (4 mailboxes, 500 recipients) is handed out manually; otherwise it would become a bulk-mail tool.
• We do not read your mail for advertising. There are no ads here, so there is nothing to read it for.
• The data is yours. If you leave, you take it with you; we do not keep you by making leaving hard.

What people ask most.

Is the email really free?

Yes. The free plan has no trial period and asks for no card up front; if you do not need more mailboxes or a higher quota, you never have to pay.

What happens if I exceed the monthly quota?

Sending is refused with a clear error and mail is never silently dropped. The quota resets at the start of the next month, or you move to a larger plan.

Can I use my own domain on the free plan?

Yes, one. The guide shows the exact DNS records, and we set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC for you.

What happens to my mail if I leave?

You take the data with you — the mailbox can be migrated out the same way you migrated it in.

Can I try an agent mailbox for free too?

Yes, one agent mailbox is part of the free plan, so the whole AI integration can be tried end to end.
