Email for organisations — people, agents and API

Mailboxes for a team, your own domains, per-person rights and an API to set up the rest yourself.

People and roles

Who may do what is decided at the mailbox — not by one big switch.

  • Owner, admin and member. An admin runs domains and mailboxes, a member does their own work.
  • Access to a specific mailbox is granted by name. Without it, a person cannot even see that the mailbox exists.
  • The right to create further mailboxes can be given to a member too — individually, not across the board.
  • Mailbox sharing between people, and across organisations when you work with someone outside.
  • Two-factor authentication according to what the account is; for sensitive operations it is always required.

Domains and addresses

Your domain, your rules.

  • Custom domains by plan, with a guide and continuous DNS checks — if a record disappears, we know before you do.
  • Aliases (info@, billing@) and forwarding out, optionally keeping a copy here.
  • A domain catch-all for mail addressed to nobody.
  • Reserved names, so nobody creates an address that looks official.

Agents and API

Automation that does not hold the keys to everything.

  • Agent mailboxes for programs — their own address, their own permissions. In detail on email for AI agents.
  • An API key bound to a single mailbox. It cannot reach another one even by accident, even if both belong to the same person.
  • Webhooks and idempotency, so a retried send does not mean a second email in someone's inbox.
  • Quotas and limits per organisation and per mailbox.
  • An audit trail of the operations that matter: who changed what, and when.

Frequently asked

What people ask most.

How many people can an organisation have?

It depends on the plan; mailbox and domain limits are listed with each plan in the pricing. Users beyond mailboxes are not charged separately.

Can a member have rights to only some mailboxes?

Yes, access is granted per mailbox by name. Without it, a person cannot even see that the mailbox exists.

Can a mailbox be shared with someone outside our organisation?

Yes, sharing works across organisations too — useful when you work with someone external.

Can we tell who changed what?

The operations that matter are recorded: who did what, and when.

Does everyone need two-factor authentication?

For sensitive operations it is always required; otherwise it follows what the account is. Delegating access to an agent without it is not possible.
