Mail

A mailbox that works wherever you expect e-mail.

  • Webmail in the browser, in English and Czech, light and dark.
  • IMAP, SMTP and POP3 for Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and phones.
  • JMAP for modern clients.
  • Aliases — extra addresses into the same mailbox (info@, billing@).
  • Forwarding elsewhere, optionally keeping a copy with us.
  • Catch-all for mail sent to addresses that do not exist.
  • Display name that changes in the portal and in webmail at once.
  • Moving an old mailbox over from Gmail, Outlook, Seznam or any IMAP server — folders, sent mail and original dates included.

Your own domain

Your address, not ours.

  • As many own domains as your plan allows.
  • Domain verification over DNS, with a guide showing the exact records to add.
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up for you — without them mail lands in spam.
  • DNS is checked continuously, not only at setup; if a record disappears, we know.
  • No own domain? You get an address on our shared domain instead.

Organisation and people

A company is not one person with one password.

  • Roles: owner, organisation admin, member. A member sees only their own mailboxes.
  • Invitations by e-mail or a one-time link; people set their own password, or the admin sets or generates one for them.
  • One password for the portal, webmail and mail clients — not three.
  • Two-factor authentication and recovery codes; sensitive actions ask for the second factor again.
  • Mailbox sharing between people — read or manage, even across organisations, always with the other side's consent and revocable at once.
  • Revoking access with one button when someone leaves or loses a phone.
  • An audit trail of who changed what and when.

Agent mailboxes

A program gets its own mailbox, not somebody's password.

A human mailbox belongs to a person and is protected by a password with a second factor. An agent mailbox belongs to a program: it has no webmail password, it signs in with a key, and it plays by its own rules.

  • An API key scoped to one mailbox — it cannot reach the rest of the organisation's mail and cannot create mailboxes.
  • Who the agent may write to: an allowlist of recipients kept by the admin.
  • Who may write to the agent: by default only mailboxes of the same organisation.
  • A cap on outgoing mail per hour and per day, as a guard against runaway loops.
  • Emergency stop for the agent in one click; mail keeps being stored.
  • A journal of sent and received mail that survives the agent deleting the message.

Connecting your apps

Mail as part of your own tools.

  • A REST API for sending and reading mail, with attachments and idempotency.
  • Webhooks for incoming mail and delivery status, signed and retried.
  • An MCP server for AI clients — Claude, Codex, Cursor, Antigravity and others. The client gets a limited consent to selected mailboxes, not a key to the account.
  • Revoke any time: a key or an application's consent can be invalidated immediately.
  • The help, API and MCP documentation is public — read it before you decide.

Security and deliverability

So the mail arrives — and stays yours.

  • Spam and attachment checks on incoming mail.
  • Encrypted or otherwise unscannable content is accepted only from approved sources.
  • Always encrypted in transit (TLS), including between mail servers that support it.
  • Deliverability and outage monitoring; rejected addresses are not bothered again.
  • Backups and retention are described in the terms.
