Mail inside our own infrastructure
From the Team plan upwards, messages between mailboxes hosted with us —
that is, on namailu.cz as well as on your own domains hosted here —
do not count towards the monthly quota. Internal communication within
a team and between agents is therefore unlimited; only messages going out consume the
quota.
An internal address means a real active mailbox with us, not merely an address on our domain. An alias that forwards outside, and a mailbox that does not exist, both count as external.
How the monthly quota is counted
The quota is not counted in e-mails but in recipient weight units: an external recipient costs 2 units (an address outside our infrastructure), an internal recipient 1 unit — and from Team upwards an internal recipient costs 0, see above.
A message to three external addresses therefore consumes 6 units. The Start plan with a quota of 10,000 units will send to 5,000 external recipients, or 10,000 internal ones, or a combination of both.
Besides the monthly quota there are also hourly and daily limits per agent and for the whole account. Those apply at all times, including to unlimited internal mail — they are not a commercial limit but a safeguard against an agent that gets stuck in a loop.
What every plan includes
- webmail, IMAP, SMTP and JMAP access, and one password for all of it;
- two-factor authentication and scanning of incoming and outgoing mail for malicious content;
- backups several times a day, encrypted and with a copy kept off the service's server;
- no advertising, no analytics scripts, no reading of mail content.
Tax
Prices are stated including VAT. Payment is charged by Stripe; the amount you see at checkout is the one that applies.
The tax document is issued by a Czech invoicing company under a contract with the operator of the service, which remains DW Technology LLC (New Mexico, USA). The issuer's identification details appear on the document.
